Customer contact details are not shared with providers before the provider legitimately accesses the opportunity using a Connect. Customers explicitly consent to being contacted by matched professionals.

2. Documents

Provider verification documents are stored privately and are visible only to the provider and Provia 3 administrators for verification purposes.

3. Messaging & moderation

In-platform messages between matched parties may be reviewed by administrators for dispute resolution and platform moderation.

4. POPIA

We process personal information in line with South Africa's POPIA. Requests to access, correct or delete your information can be sent to the platform Information Officer.
